While everybody is speaking about Intel right now because of the Intel Core i9-7980XE 18 core processor, it seems that they have other surprises prepared.

Intel is launching the 8th generation of Intel’s Core processor family during the summer period. We will probably see the future generation of Intel Core processors on the shelves starting from June 2017. Intel is facing a fierce competition against AMD for the first time in the last 5 year.

Intel promises a 30% performance increase for the next generation of Intel Core processors.

The new generation of AMD Ryzen processors seem to have awaken Intel from its numbness. Therefor Intel is preparing an avalanche of new processors, bringing a greater performance leap than the usual one for this period. While in the case of the 7th generation Intel officials promised a 15% performance increase, the 8th generation promises a lot more. It seems that this performance improvement will reach 30%. Intel officials have made this declarations at this year’s Computex opening. We don’t know whether the declarations are based on some measurements. But everyone is curious to see what Intel has to offer.

  1. I’m impressed, I have to say. Actually not often do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you might have hit the nail on the head. Your thought is excellent; the problem is something that not enough persons are talking intelligently about. I’m very comfortable that I stumbled across this in my search for one thing regarding this.
